DCS Group approached us seeking support to professionalise and streamline their social media presence. They were facing challenges with developing an effective content strategy, maintaining a consistent posting schedule, and producing on-brand, engaging content. Additionally, they aimed to sharpen their focus on targeting brands within the events and exhibitions sector.

Following the audit and analysis, we identified that the brand’s visual identity and messaging required a refresh to better resonate with the events and exhibitions market. We revamped the brand’s social media presence, aligning visuals, tone of voice, and messaging with their target audience. Content production focused on a diverse mix of strategic content pillars - educational posts, behind-the-scenes insights, product showcases, and light-hearted entertainment, to engage a wider demographic whilst maintaining brand authenticity.

The Results

Within the first six months, the DCS Group achieved substantial organic growth:

  • +494% increase in organic reach
  • +170% uplift in Instagram profile visits

What’s Next

We are continuing to build on this momentum by expanding DCS Group’s presence across LinkedIn and launching a new Pinterest strategy. Additionally, from Q2 2025, we will be implementing a META paid advertising programme with a robust A/B creative testing framework to further accelerate lead generation and brand visibility.
